We are seeking a motivated (Part Time) Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be playing an integral part in Admin team to take care about office admin issue.

If you like working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and fostering alignment among key stakeholders - then this role is for you!

What you'll do:

Provide all receptionist duties, including guest greeting, conference rooms and facilities checking
Deliver clerical and administrative support for daily office operations
Maintain office supplies, mailing, and courier services
Perform ad hoc duties to ensure office operates smoothly
Deliver documents between two offices
Assist with venue setting for events

Requirements

Who we're looking for:

Diploma holder in Business or related disciplines
2+ years office administration experience in sizeable organizations
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and well-organized
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese processing
Immediate available is highly preferred
